Refunds are now only issued for cash transactions for the vending machines (soda, snack, and coffee) only.

All cash-to-card, photocopier, and all Wildcard transactions have to go through the Wildcard Office.

Other restrictions still apply ($5 max, no refunds for machines outside of library).
